TextJoTT™ is a private, text-first thought and memory service. Relationship memory is a signature use case — not the entire product boundary. It does not replace your CRM or AI assistant. It carries intentional human context into the workflows you already have.
Remember the person.
What stays. What TextJoTT adds.
- CRM remains the system of record for contacts, accounts, opportunities, and workflows. TextJoTT adds intentional human context and relationship memories.
- AI assistant remains general reasoning, research, drafting, and assistance. TextJoTT adds permissioned relationship-memory context when you choose to share it.
- Contacts remain identity and contact information. TextJoTT lets a memory exist before a complete contact.
- Calendar / tasks remain time, commitments, and actions. TextJoTT holds personal context around people and conversations.
- Notes / knowledge remain general information and documents. TextJoTT is purpose-built thought and memory capture and retrieval (relationship memory is a signature use case). Optional SMS EXPORT sends a one-way Markdown, CSV, or JSON file you can keep or move into Notes, Notion, Obsidian, Drive, or your own archive without organizing to use JoTT. Export is not an integration or sync.
- Messaging remains conversation transport. JoTTing is a deliberate action that preserves selected context — not the entire conversation.
Your notebook. Your next move.
Save JoTT as a contact. No separate app download needed. Text what you choose to remember, then ask for it later.
Other assistants can remember context and perform supported tasks. When you want a receiving tool to organize or act on your JoTTs, text EXPORT, review the copy, and choose what to share. Its supported formats, capabilities, connected accounts, and permissions determine what happens next. Export is not a native integration or ongoing sync.
Connecting an assistant does not necessarily grant access to all personal information. Review each permission. We do not sell your JoTTs. See Privacy for service-provider processing, safeguards, limits, and age requirements.
Guardrails
- TextJoTT is not a better CRM and is not intended to replace one.
- TextJoTT is not a general-purpose AI assistant and is not intended to replace one.
- Relationship memory is the category — not by itself a claim that the category is unique to TextJoTT.
- Capture is intentional and user-directed — not automatic relationship surveillance.
- Integrations are not a migration away from partner products.
- Portable export is optional and one-way. JoTT remains the capture and recall layer.
Portable export
JoTT it now. Organize it later. Text EXPORT in the JoTT thread. Choose all or some JoTTs, pick Markdown · CSV · JSON, then download the file from the text message.
- No folders, titles, or tags required to capture a JoTT.
- Destinations are exits, not dependencies or native integrations.
- JoTT does not decide where your JoTTs belong. You do.
How people find this layer
- You don’t need a contact to have a memory.
- Someone says something worth remembering → text JoTT → find it later using whatever you remember.
- SMS-first capture; secure console is secondary.
