These terms cover TextJoTT™ at +1 (831) 777-5688 (831-777-JOTT) and related SMS program rules. Private beta participation also requires affirmative acceptance of the Private Beta Participation Agreement and acknowledgment of our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is voluntary, captured separately, and is not required to create a console account.

TextJoTT™ SMS program

TextJoTT™ provides SMS messaging as an interface for participating users to capture and recall information and receive related service communications.

Reply HELP for assistance (or visit textjott.com/help).
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Program purpose

Brand: TextJoTT™. Website: https://textjott.com. User-initiated thought and memory capture and recall through SMS, together with associated account and service communications. We do not purchase phone-number lists, cold-message users, sell leads, or send messages to users who have not provided consent.

How you opt in

Enter your own phone number on textjott.com/invite (or the homepage signup), accept Beta Terms separately, then affirmatively check the unchecked Enable TextJoTT SMS control with the full disclosure adjacent to it; or
Text START, YES, or JOIN to +18317775688 after a prior opt-out (or for keyword re-enrollment).

Plans and Founding 50

Public try starts with 30 free JoTTs (JoTTs, not calendar days). Black Friday: the 30 free JoTTs meter and monthly plans start January 1, 2027. No credit card until then. After that, monthly plans: JoTT Basic (30 JoTTs) · JoTT (75 JoTTs) · JoTT+ (200 JoTTs). Text Pricing for more details. Paid plans bill via Stripe hosted checkout (card never collected in SMS).

Founding 50 (CORE-001 → CORE-050): 50% off any paid plan for life while your account stays active. Cancel anytime. Resubscribe anytime for the lifetime 50% discount as long as it’s the same phone number registered for Founding 50. Permanent CORE ID, early feature access, and founder recognition are included. Black Friday: no credit card until after February 1, 2027 (ask date depends on signup). Billing: Stripe hosted checkout or email support@textjott.com.

Acceptable use

Do not text passwords, payment-card or other financial account numbers, medical records or other highly sensitive health information, government IDs, or illegal content to JoTT. We may refuse or delete content that violates these terms or our privacy policy.

Beta retention

Private beta data is not guaranteed to be permanently retained. Export what you need to keep. See the Privacy Notice for storage, AI processing, export, and deletion.

Marks

TEXTJOTT™ is the primary company and service word mark (U.S. application Serial No. 50118948 pending — use ™ only; never ® until registration). jott.™ is the signature logo (the period is part of the mark). textjott™ and TextJoTT are commercial and prose forms of the same service. Operator: TEXTJOTT™ / textjott™ d/b/a Textjott (Utah DBA entity # 14740002-0151).
