textjott™ SMS Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the jott.™ / textjott™ SMS program at +1 (831) 777-5688 (831-777-JOTT) and https://textjott.com. Operator: TEXTJOTT™ / textjott™ d/b/a Textjott (Utah DBA entity # 14740002-0151). By opting in, you agree to these Terms, the SMS Privacy Policy, and (for private beta) the Private Beta Participation Agreement.

Program description

TextJoTT™ provides SMS messaging as an interface for participating users to capture and recall personal memories and receive related service communications. This campaign is first-party operational messaging — not third-party lead generation or prohibited affiliate marketing. By separately opting in to SMS (unchecked control, not bundled with Beta Terms), you give permission for TextJoTT to send messages for memory capture and recall, account verification, service responses, and related service notifications. Message frequency varies based on your use. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How to opt in

Submit your own phone number on https://textjott.com (or https://textjott.com/sms-opt-in) and check the SMS consent checkbox that displays message type, frequency, rates, STOP, HELP, and links to these Terms and the SMS Privacy Policy, then complete SMS verification when prompted; or
Text START, YES, or JOIN to +18317775688 and receive the opt-in confirmation.

Plans and Founding 50

Public try starts with 30 free JoTTs (JoTTs, not calendar days). Black Friday: the 30 free JoTTs meter and monthly plans start January 1, 2027. No credit card until then. After that, monthly plans: JoTT Basic (30 JoTTs) · JoTT (75 JoTTs) · JoTT+ (200 JoTTs). Text Pricing for more details. Paid plans bill via Stripe hosted checkout. Card numbers are never collected in SMS.

Founding 50 (CORE-001 → CORE-050): 50% off paid plans for life while your account stays active. Cancel anytime. Resubscribe anytime for the lifetime 50% discount as long as it’s the same phone number registered for Founding 50. Black Friday: no credit card until after February 1, 2027 (ask date depends on signup).

One-to-one · private by design

JoTT is personal. Keep it one-to-one. JoTT is built for private, personal messaging — not group chats. Where a group or multi-party conversation is detectable, JoTT does not save that message as a memory. Text JoTT directly. See also the Guide, FAQ, and Security principles.

Acceptable use

Do not text passwords, payment-card or other financial account numbers, medical records or other highly sensitive health information, government IDs, or unlawful content. We may refuse or delete content that violates these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

Beta retention

Private beta data is not guaranteed to be permanently retained. Export what you need to keep. See the Privacy Notice.
