Subprocessors

Current subprocessors

• Twilio, Inc. — SMS/MMS delivery and related messaging metadata (US).
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing when you subscribe (card data handled by Stripe hosted checkout; we do not store full card numbers).
• Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, CDN, and tunnel / edge connectivity for textjott.com.
• Hosting / compute provider — application and database hosting for the JoTT API and vault (US cloud hosting; contact support@ for current region details).
• AI inference provider (when enabled) — limited automated processing to help organize and return your memories. Private-recall processing stays on TextJoTT-operated systems when configured that way. When a remote provider is enabled, we use it as a processor for service operation only — not to sell your memories for ads, and not to train that provider’s general foundation models on your JoTT content under our configuration.
• Email delivery (when configured) — transactional mail such as support or account notices.
• Google Analytics 4 (optional, with website analytics consent) — public-homepage visit and page-view counts, browser/device and network information. Private pages, JoTTs, form values, user IDs, and query strings are excluded. Advertising features are disabled. Manage your choice on the Privacy page. Google Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Clarity (optional, with website analytics consent) — masked public-homepage session replays, heatmaps, and website interaction / technical metadata.
